Bluetooth install problems on Windows Server 2008

Hi, I installed the Lenovo Bluetooth stack but I get these three drivers missing in the Driver Manager. How do I fix this? BTH\MS_BTHBRB, BTH\MS_BTHPAN, and BTH\MS_RFCOMM.
