T60 Will not come out of sleep mode.

Some of our T60's will not come out of sleep mode randomly whether they have been sitting on the charger or off of it. Any suggestions? Also does this problem occur with T61's?

How are you trying to come out of sleep mode?

The correct way is to hold down the Fn key for a second or two.
Apathy is on the rise, but nobody seems to care.
