ThinkPad Fingerprint software version 5.8

On June the 30th Lenovo released a new version of the Fingerprint software, according to this
page. Yet when one clicks on the link one is taken to the old software.

You can get it through System Update though.

No I don't. I see a help center 2.0h and an Adobe Flash player but there is no fingerprint software being offered to me. I seem to be stuck on version 5.6.2

it's a known issue and lenovo is working on it. be patient.
