Sony Memory Stick Pro Duo

Hi,

I have a T60P window XP Pro SP3. When I put a 16-GB Sony Memory Stick Pro Duo in my T60P from Advance dock my computer doesn't see it and wants to format it.

The only way I can see it is from Administration Tools > Computer Management. But it sees only 3.19GB.

I know its in RAW format but how can I make my computer see it. In the camera shop a HP and Sony computer saw it without a problem. They both showed 16.1-GB.

Yes, this is my first try with taking picture!

Thanks but I have already seen that. What I can't understand is how HP and Sony computers can show it but my T41P and T60P can't.

So, you have the latest drivers and the MS hotfix that is referenced in the other thread?

How did you connect the stick to the T41P? Presumably a USB card reader, maybe that can't handle the 16 GB stick?

One more suggestion/question: can you connect the camera with the memory stick via USB cable to the Thinkpad(s) and then transfer the photos?

Yes I have all the hot fixes and updates. I think your right the card reader can't handle it.

Yes, I can connect the camera with memory stick via USB but I was hoping to use it without the camera.
