stock ssd or getting ssd separately?

I am considering a t61p with ssd. Any recommendation for the one that lenovo offers or for one bought on newegg or, I think its called dvnation.com, or any other merchant.
Any specific brand you can recommend?
I would rather go for a "professional" than for a "consumer" drive even if it means its smaller and more expensive.

the samsung SSD offered by lenovo is one of the fastest SLC SSDs on the market.

in this thread i posted HDTune results of my samsung SSD versus my former 200GB hitachi 7K200: http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?t=63902#430421

both were tested using my thinkstation D10 to eliminate variables.
