Laptop crashes whenever I tilt the machine

Right now, the laptop crashes whenever I tilt the machine back towards the monitor. Once it achieves a 10 degree angle, the machine automatically turns off. Anyone have any idea how to fix this problem?

What machine type/model is this please? (Obtained from the sticker on the bottom of the machine)

My repair to the handrest failed; and I suspect that I loosened some parts in the process. Hopefully it's just that some loose parts short-circuit the motherboard; that I can fix tomorrow with a screwdriver and some shakes.

I'd like to get some further input, however.

The tilt-turnoff has changed, by the way; it's no longer 10 degrees and I don't care to experiment tonight. Hopefully it's just a short-circuiting machine part

Try reseating the Ultranav and keyboard connectors.

Try to disable or better uninstall (and reboot) the Active Protection System to check whether the problem persists. It does not look like typical BGA problem.
