Problem with HD audio and wired network

Hi!
I have problem with new T61 (6460-d6g)
After clean instalation WinXP pro 32 and drivers from lenovo (via system update) ethernet card doesn't work: send packets, but dont recieve. After some test and some clear installations without system update I have some knowledge:
- laptop corectly register on DHCP, obtain proper IP address and configuration, but comunication doesn't work
- ethernet works properly until HD Audio driver is installed
- instalation any HD audio driver available on lenovo or M$ doesn't work - ethernet only sends packets...

Anyone know what is?
