Error 92 from Package Index Server

I tried doing update for my T60p from Thinkpad Vantage updater and received Error 92 from Package Index Server, contact support. Anyone have any clues what this is and how to cure it? It gives me that message at about 34% done. Thanks!!

i might be imagining it, but it seems like reports of negative issues surrounding system update are increasing. while the idea is good, i think the implementation is lacking. :?
