What parts are cross compatible between the T60 and the T61, with the standard 4:3 screen?

In particular I'm interetested if I can use my T60 batteries, Ultrabay Slim Multi-Burner, and Ultrabay Slim Hard Drive adapter in a T61 with the 4:3 screen. Also what about the keyboard?

If both machines are 4:3, everything you list above is cross-compatible, incl. the keyboard.
