What do you use the little button next to right-alt key for?

What do you guys use that button for(one with the paper image on it)?

It's basically the "right click". If you don't feel like using the mouse it comes in handy for word processors and such.

Officially it's the context-menu key. Clicking the right mouse button is another way to open the context menu, as is Shift+F10 (in well-behaved Windows apps).
