Question to the geeks and freaks: what will be the successor of the 14.1" T61p and when will it be out? Thanks!

There are no longer 14" 4:3 screens for Thinkpads offered by Lenovo, if that's what you are after. Otherwise, the W series is the successor of the T6xp; it comes in 15" and 17" widescreen. If you want 14", then the T400 is your best bet (but again in widescreen).

FYI, T61p can still be found in 14" form in Europe...you may want to grab one of these while they're still around...

thanks! I am in Europe... would like to upgrade but not really to widescreen, but probably there's no choice...
