ThinkVantage R&R on external USB drive

Hi. T60p here. I have been using Thinkvantage R&R ver. 4 to backup entire HD to external USB 160GB. Ran out of room. Bought new external USB 250GB. After backing up complete HD on new 250, I plugged the 160 in to update the last backup on that, and asked to view all backups but it only shows the backup i did on the new 250 not what is on the 160. how can i get it to show backups on whichever drive is plugged in versus only the Newest Backup? Thanks for all your help as usual.
