Will I be able to simply copy by hard disk in the T61 with Acronis True Image and install it on an X200? Will I have to change the Intel Driver Matrix chip software and other software to get it to work? TIA

you'll have to install the new matrix driver, any new device drivers, and re-activate windows.   i moved a T61p HDD into an X61 and the above was all that was necessary.
