Thinkpad T61p Bluetooth

I have a T61p (XP) and I believe it has Bluetooth. I am trying to tether my Treo and can't get the Bluetooth to find my PDA. I click on My Bluetooth Places and it isn't finding my Treo. Any suggestions?

Is the bluetooth radio on? FN-F5 on your keyboard, then check the box to turn on the bluetooth radio.

I don't think so, or at least I never used one. I usually select no passcode on configuration.
