How to change security config (i.e. must logon when waking)

I've lately only used my T60 at home. When starting the system I do a fingerprint scan. But when I put the laptop into suspend, waking doesn't require a scan or password. When I take my laptop into an environment where I don't want such lax security, how do I turn on password/fingerprint logon when waking from suspend? I've looked in Thinkpad Productivity Center, Administrative Tools and Control Panel and don't see anything. :?

Edit: Why does it indicate that this post was made today, Oct. 15 at 10:43? Right now it's Oct. 15 and 9:24, and I must have posted this a week ago!

In both Vista and XP, the option is under Power Management, typically under the name "Require a password on wakeup." I believe you can also set this option through the Power Manager application.

Boy... that isn't easy to find! Thanks!

Edit: To clarify, here's how I found it:

Control Panel
Power Options
Power Manager tab
Launch Power Manager button
Global Power Settings tab
Require password on standby resume check box
