Calibrating color with Syder2Pro ColorVision

Hello,

I borrowed at work ColorVision calibration system.
Went through calibration process and at the end
got error message saying that system is unable
to disassociate TPFLX.icm (current color profile).

Basically I have FlexView driver installed with TPFLX
profile associated. And it won't let me change anything.

I can't even remove the profile, I get error message
saying "Microsoft Color Managment System : An error
occured while disassociating TPFLX.icm"...

So question - did any1 managed/tried to calibrate
their screen ?
