Laptop undocks on its own?

Hi everyone, I have a user who works from home a lot with a T61 and a minidock. When he is at home, he plugs his monitor into his dock and plugs a usb hub into one of his usb ports which he then uses for his mouse and keyboard, etc.

He's been complaining that while working, his laptop will undock on its own without him doing ANYTHING. The laptop is docked, the key is in the locked position, and boom, it just undocks itself.

I was thinking that the usb hub may have something to do with it since he said that when he was using another users equipment in the office with everything plugging directly into the dock itself, he didnt have issues.

Has anyone else experienced something like this?

I've never heard of this. Can he turn the key to "lock" it from undocking?
