is this a BUG ? power manager jumps to "max battery&quo

since i installed new updates . i found my laptop in sleep mode all the time.
i looked into it closely and notice it jumps to max battery after about 20 seconds of use no matter what.
very weird and annoying !

unless there is a new setting somewhere that i missed ?

ok i measured its more like 5-7 seconds .
no matter which power plan im choosing. it will jump to max battery life after 5-7 seconds :evil:

reboot helped , so i guess that's the end of this story for now
