Internet Explorer 6 issuses

Since a year we are strugling with a weird Lenovo Thinpad T61 (Model: 7659-12G) problem.
We use a self made Windows XP SP2 image with all the Lenovo drivers installed.
We also use at our company Cisco Security Agent.
The problem we experience is that webpages are not correctly loaded or are extremely slow in Internet Explorer 6.
The following actions have been done so far without succes:
Installing Firefox
Disabled Cisco Security agent
Deinstalled Cisco Security agent
We have tried different proxy servers
Winsock Fix for Windows XP
Installed Microsoft Hotfix KB896256
Uninstall SUN Java
Uninstalled Microsoft.NET Framework 3
T61 Bios update
Installed Windows XP Service Pack 3
Exclude T61 from WSUS process
The only thing that work is to disable dualcore option in the bios but this means that we use only core instead of two.
Any one have an idea??
