T60P Problem with Battery / Adapter

With the power adaptor is connected and when the notebook is off, the battery light flashes orange and the power adapter light flashes green.

With the power adaptor is connected and when the notebook is turned, battery light is green and power adapter light is off.
The battery does not recharge.

If I connect the power adapter without battery, the notebook don't start.

I need a new power adapter?
