T61p and Docking Station [Advanced Dock II] Problems??

I am having problems using a T61p on the Advanced Dock II

are there known problems?

I am running Vista Ultimate, and have an nVida graphics card in the dock.

What are your problems?

The one problem I'm aware of is that in Win XP, the wireless of my T61p does not work when docked and a graphics card is installed as well. This is also documented here.

Blue screen. Attached monitors dont work. the laptop screen does not work.

I have experience with Windows XP not sure about Vista. On XP, after much hit and trial effort, I un-installed the video driver (may require to delete the video device from the Device Manager too) by booting XP in the safe mode while undocked. Then at the next boot install driver for the internal video card. Dock the machine and power on. This time the PCIe card will be recognized, install the driver normally. Hopefully this will fix the BSOD at boot time.
