I've just bought T60 1951-BY8 and upraged with 3 GB of RAM and 320 GB HDD 7200rpm. I want very fast responsive OS with great stability. I don't know what would be better 32 or 64 bit version of Windows 2003 server.
Can you tell me which one suits better for my specs ?

64 bit only came with the Core 2 cpus, the T2400 is not a Core 2, it's the older original Core.

A T2400 is a Core Duo, not a Core 2 Duo. It's one generation of CPUs older, and not 64-bit. Therefore, you're stuck with 32-bit Server 2003 (which, by the way is a great laptop OS). I've run it on my last 2 laptops (including my current one) as a primary OS.

Windows XP drivers work fine on 2003. Only thing is, a few might need to be installed manually via device manager.
