Restore&Recovery and eSATA

Hi,

I have made a backup of my system using R&R and an eSATA external drive under win XP. However, this backup is no more visible when i want to restore. It must come from the fact that the preloaded R&R environement does not detect eSATA drives.

Is there a way to reuse this backup (by forcing R&R to see it as a USB drive)? In other words can one change the location of a backup, or copy it to another drive? Is there a backup manager?
(My external drive is eSATA and USB).
