Blue Screen...

Hello all.
My T61 blue screened on me today (about 10 mins ago)
It was when I put in a DVD, it's never happened before. It restarted and played the DVD with no problems.
Has anyone else had this problem
and/or
Does anyone have any ideas why this may have happened.
