Fingerprint tab not enabled

I've recently re-installed my T61p with Vista Business. I have Client Security Solution (8.20.0023.00) installed. All other drivers are installed. Nothing shows up in Computer Management as not installed.

When I open it up Client Security Solution, the Fingerprint tab is disabled. Is there something I'm missing?

The machine is part of a Domain, so I'm not sure if that would affect Client Security Solution at all.
