Toggle off/disable security logon...

Can someone tell me how to toggle off the fingerprint/password logon system? I checked the ThinkVantage button menu and could only find "Disable Security Logon Policy (?)", but that didn't work.

At home I'd rather not have to swipe the finger or enter the password everytime I open the lid, but when on the job I absolutely do want the security on...

What steps/menu am I missing here...
