Need to replace my fan assembly

I'm getting odd noises; it looks as though my impromptu fan repair has destroyed the fan bearings.

Unfortunately, according to the IBM parts directory, two parts are appropriate for my laptop, I can't figure out which one is the one I need

Incidentally, my Graphics card is NVS 140m. Maybe the variation on heatsink depends on the CPU?

I noticed that you guys already had a thread for this, hahaha. I guess I'll go for the more expensive toshiba than the furukawa; the extra $2 is my insurance money.
