T61P Modding Questions & Issues

Hi all!
I just purchased a 14.1 SXGA+ T61p (8891- CTO running a T8300) and installed the Bluetooth and the T60 LCD top to have a symmetrical screen.
I also was able to find room for the white u:fl mini-coaxal cable and fitted that into the LCD as well for the N card.
Now I would like to install (when time and money permits it) a T9500 processor. Does anyone know which one is the correct one? I'm going to take a look at Intel's datasheets to see which is which, but I figured I'd ask here first. Is it the SLAQH or the Q9WW?
Also, I am having an issue when the machine is running for a little however when running Vista Ultimate, with Aero turned on, and there are a few windows open, Aero starts to act sluggish when dragging windows around. Games such as Left 4 Dead run fine so I doubt its a cooling issue. I updated the machine with the latest supplied nVidia 57M drivers from Lenovo and it also has 4GB ram installed as well. Is this a known issue mechanically, or a Vista thing when it comes to nVidia cards?
Another issue as well is that at random times, the startup sound to Windows Vista stutters. Has anyone come across this and a fix as well?
Please let me know. Thank you all in advance.
Thank you!
