T61P TurboMemory question...does size matter?

i currenty have the 1GB turbo memory flavor and have run it without issue, for 7-8 months. I noticed there is a 4GB size out now, but am not sure if these will work in the T61P's, specifically 6458-5KU with Vista 64

anyone tried this or know for absolute sure one way or another ?
T61P 6458-5KU: C2D T7700 2.4GHz, 4GB RAM, 7K200 200GB Hard Drive, DVD Recordable, 15.4" WUXGA TFT, nVIDIA Quadro FX 570M, 802.11agn, Bluetooth, FPR, Windows Vista Ultimate x64
