What password I have, supervisor or "only" Power-on password

When I buy my Lenovo TP T61 I have set up password in BIOS. Unfortunatley I don`t remember my password and I don`t remember for what “fold” Im set it up (in meaning Power-on password, supervisor password, hdd password). Now I want to update my BIOS version, because my motherboard is making “zzzzzzz” noise.
Now I can normal work on my laptop, work on system windows, install system or boot up CD/DVD. But I have doubts, whether after deleting „Power-On-Password (according to the manual at Lenovo's WWW it is possible: http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... PLYCOUNTRY) additional supervisor password can be implicated by the computer to prevent me from performing particular actions?
There is a photo, when I power on computer:
First, computer want to touch fingerprint reader, Im touch it with my finger and I see comunicate "akcess granted",
next i see like this on the photo (he want a password)

I pressing "enter" button and go to BIOS, like a "guest" (i can`t change anything in options)

My question is:
1) when I clean my “Power-on password” (from instruction on Lenovo site). If then activate supervisor password will be activate and what blockade can be establish for my computer? It is safely for me (in meaning if he can more blockade my computer, what of type blockade)?
2) Why I have “power-on password” in start up, when I entering to BIOS? When in BIOS in fold “Seciurity” option “Power-on Password” is disable?! Why is hi asking mi for this, because this option is disabled, but is not!

If you can see the BIOS settings but not change them, you have a supervisor password. There is no standard procedure to clear it.

If after earsing “Power-on password” (following the manual on Lenovo site), does the computer put some kind of other limitations on the computer to prevent the user from operating the PC? It is safe for me (in meaning, can it put more limitations and of what kind)?

As far as I can tell from the pictures, you don't have a power-on password set. So, why would you want to erase it (with whatever method)?
