Battery problem of my T61

It suddenly went from 40% to 5%.

1. Cycle time is 5 times only.. ---> use it too little?(I use it as UPS)

2. Battery is from Sony

3. It can still be charged

4. still in the 1 year warranty

5. At the beginning, I already set it to charge under 20%.
