#1 Post by lintzuchieh » Sun Feb 22, 2009 12:45 am

"I have this problem where every now and then my internet connection stops responding and when I try and open the connections icon in the system tray it won't open. So I go to reboot and it says the connections tray is not responding. I end the task then my computer crashes while trying to shutdown. my T60 running XP SP2. suggestions please."
I have just copied and pasted this quote from

I'm experiencing this same problem for over 6 months now, but i still couldn't find
a solution to it.
it really drives me crazy since it happens at random time, totally unpredictable.

1. i have tried re-formatting, completely wipe cleaned with my own copy of WinXP, and the
problem still occured no more than 2 hours after a fresh install.
2. i have consult with the tech support on phone, no help at all
3. i have tried to un/reinstall the network drivers, also tried to get the
wiress manager from Intel.
4. no.. i don't use thinkvantage access connection

please help me to solve this problem.. any help would be appreciated
