I'm upgrading from a T30 to a T60.

Just wondering if my T30's AC & 12v (Car) adapter is compatable and can be used with the T60.

Starting from T/R/X6x series, ThinkPads use a 20V power adapters. If your adapter doesn't provide 20V and with a proper new connector, it won't work.

T30 uses 16V (output) adapter and T60 uses 20V (output). You can't use this.

As others have said, no. In any case, the plugs are physically different so you couldn't use the wrong adapter even if you tried.

Alas...

And I see there is NO 12v car adapter offered for the T60 at all, either from Lenevo or 3rd parties (unless I missed something somewhere).

EDIT: Whoops.. Never mind. My bad (Google is your friend)
