File/folder-level encryption

I know on my old T41p I could do file/folder-level encryption with Client Security Solution. That seems to have been removed on the t61p. I see that you have the option of downloading Utimaco's SafeGuard PrivateDisk. Does that allow file-level encryption with a similar implementation as that on the t41p? Basically, I just want to encrypt one folder and then require a fingerprint everytime someone wants to access that folder. Thanks.
