Yes, it should work without problems. However a few points to consider:
1. If´s 1.8'', you will need the proper adapter (as the HD bay is meant for 2.5'' 9.5mm HDs)
2. T60 has a
SATA interface "limitation", which means that the Samsung SSD may not reach its full potential (depending on the specs of this SSD)
3. It´s MLC SSD, so it may exhibit other (performance) issue and require some tweaks. This is not ThinkPad-related.
Hope this helps,
Marin

I know its not the newest thread, but I will post my benchmarks with Corsair CMFSSD-128GBG1D in T60. AFAIK this drive is the same as Samsung MMDOE28G5MPP-0VA. I could be wrong.
I first put it in my desktop (P5N-E SLI Sata 2) with WinXP and ran some benchmarks:

Then I ran the same benchmarks in my T60 which is using Win 7 RC:

The Sata limitation on t60 does not seem to affect the ssd too much.
The main reason I got that drive was silence and low power consumption. I knew it was not the fastest drive around, but people seem to be quite happy with the samsung controller that is the core of this ssd. There is no stuttering and the drive is a nice improvement over toshiba 80gb that was in the machine when I got it.
I hope this helps someone who is about to make a decision.
