Will my US T61 work in Europe?

It has a charger cable that says, "20v" on it. There are no 110/220v markings at all.
Will I need a power converter to use it in europe?
Thanks.

It will work in Europe. You just need a plug adapter(s) to match your North American power plug to the appropriate power socket types for whichever parts of Europe you visit.
The T61 power block is a switched mode power supply that will work on any mains input voltage between ~!100V AC and ~240V AC, at either 50 Hz or 60 Hz frequency.
Cheers,
Bill B.

Yes, Bill is right. I would just like to emphasize the fact that there is no unified power plug standard here in Europe. Make sure you get the right adapter. Take a look at wikipedia:
