T61p Bluetooth won't work after MOBO replacement

my laptop had been over heating to i took it in and they replaced the mother board. and when i got it back i had no bluetooth.
when calling the lenovo techs that replaced my motherboard they told me that they didn't touch the bluetooth and everything was connected properly and if its not working then its something i did and they can't help me on this issue. really quite rude about the hole thing.
anyways back to what i know.
the little light for the bluetooth flashes on for a quick second when you first turn on the laptop but that is the only time. ive tried everything i can think of to get it to come back up. ive reinstalled the driver many times. and ect.
also i got bored and [censored] off so i took apart my screen and the bluetooth is installed and plugged in, it just won't work.
ive read threads about enabling it in the bios but ive looked everywhere i can think of and can't find anything in there.
anyways any help would be greatly appreciated
thanks in advance.
