That drive is pretty hard to find.

You should be able to find the 7200rpm 320gb hitachi, seagate, or WD for 50-75 with rebate from places like newegg, tigerdirect, and zipzoomfly from time to time.

I just received 2 of the Seagate 500GB drives from Newegg this week. I had a problem with these drives in the Ultrabay HDD adapter, which I've posted a thread on. I paid $159 for these drives.

Looks like price has dropped tp $129:
