Disconnect the AC adapter and take the battery out. Take the palm rest (keyboard bezel) front and the keyboard off again.
Remove the modem/bluetooth/wifi/NIC etc. cards from under the keyboard.
Remove both RAM modules from under the palmrest. Remove the hard disk and CD/DVD drive.
Reconnect the keyboard again.
If you have a voltmeter, check the round barrel connector of the AC adapter. Middle pin is the Plus. Check if you get 20V.
Plug in only the AC adapter and power on with the keyboard button.
If anything still works, you should hear the fan spinning up, and a series of beeps: 1-3-3-1.
If the fan doesn't spin up, blow into it from the top to see if it turns freely. If not, remove and clean.
The beeping is the standard signal that there is no RAM in it.
Let us know if any of the above works.

Fill in the type
2007 and the serial number looking like
99-ABCDE from the bottom of the T60.
Then hit the
Continue button
If it still is, send it in for warranty repair.
