Hello,

I've recently noticed that I have this executable running on startup (maybe since last lenovo system update)
I both see it in the autorun registry section and in the list of active processes.
Process description is: "ThinkPad FnF6 Resident Module"

Now what is this for??? If I press Fn-F6 nothing happens and the F6 button has no blue label/icon anyway.
Can it be uninstalled? Which lenovo utility is it part of?

Thanks
libit

BTW: I also have several other Fn handlers:
tpfnf7sp.exe - Presentation Director Fn+F7 handler
tphksvc - On screen display Fn+Fx handler
tponscr - On screen display drawer
tposdsvc - On screen display message generator
plus others for power-manager, easyject,...
This seems quite a large bunch just to handle a couple of Fn keys :-)

Which lenovo utility is it part of? Apparently the on-screen display/hotkey drivers. It started showing up for me after updating to the latest hotkey drivers.
the F6 button has no blue label/icon anyway. Ditto here. This appears to be something on T400 era machines.

Obviously, not much help. On the upside, it takes up very little memory.
