Privacy filter for screen

Is there a privacy screen filter they make for the 14.1" non-wide screen that has tabs built into the sheet? I've found 14.1" wide screen filters that have the tabs as part of the sheet but for the 14.1" non-wide I'm only finding the universal sheet that require the stick on tabs.
