Strange Hardware Malfunction Blue Screen Error Message!?

T60 was working fine around doing light internet duty (ebay, forums, netflix) and it happened at 11:30am today. I pulled the battery and AC cord and it rebooted fine and worked perfectly all day until 10:30pm and it happened again. Another reboot fixed it but I sense it will happen again. Is this a message for memory RAM or Harddrive? Any help will be awesome thanks.

Call Your Hardware vendor for support
NMI: Parity Check / Memory Parity Error

Memory Parity Error implies that RAM has failed. Buy new RAM to replace your defective one(s).

Or request replacement RAM if your T60 is still under warranty.

If you have two RAM modules, try taking out one at a time to see if you can identify a bad one. Or, if you have access to additional memory, try swapping yours out with that.

Or read this very long thread. I think the net is that these errors are usually not real hardware errors, but rather driver errors.
