SSD on miniPCI-E from Asusu EEEPC to Lenovo T61?

There's a mounted SSD hard drive (mini-PCI-Express) in Asus EEEPC. My Lenovo T61 has a free mini-PCI-express slot. Will this disk (from Asus) work on T61 mini-PCI-express slot? Will there be a possibility of using this disk as bootdisk on which an OS can be installed?
Does T61 have any BIOS restrictions concerning mini-PCI-express slot?
