ThinkPad is ThinkPad because it is black. I will never consider any other colour as an option for my T60p.
Core 2 Duo T7600, 3GB DDR2-667 RAM, Main 7K320 320GB 7200RPM + Ultrabay 320GB 5400RPM, ATI FireGL V5250, 15" IPS UXGA, DVDRW, Bluetooth, Atheros ABGN, NMB Keyboard, Fingerprint, Win7 Pro X86 + Vista 64-bit SP2, Advanced Dock.

Black does indeed look good, but I really like the idea of personalizing the case of a computer with different colours using this method. I never even knew something like this existed:0
I'm really liking the scratch resistant coating.

Interesting post. Haha :D. It made me rub the back LCD cover of my T61. :p

Hmmm...I wonder, is it possible for Lenovo to release a Limited Edition T4xx that has anodized, soft-matted aluminum laptop housing similar to what Colourware did to a 15" MBP (well every MBP nowadays has anodized aluminum casings)? Perhaps a follow-up to the tianium-lid Z series before, but applying aluminum to the whole Thinkpad casing?

What do you think Thinkpadders? :D
Current flame: ThinkPad X230 * i5-3320 2.6Ghz* 320GB HDD * 8GB RAM * Centrino N-6205 * Intel HD4000
Old flames: MBP 13" early 2011 * i5-2415 2.3Ghz * 500GB HDD * 8GB RAM * Intel HD3000 /// ThinkPad T61 * T7500 2.2Ghz * 160GB HDD * 3GB RAM * Intel X3100

I must admit that personally I'm not really a big fan of the whole aluminium cases. They feel a bit sterile to me :)
Though options to have different preferential laptops set in the colours of your choice during purchase would be nice. Also having the option to print on the cases would be nice as well.(I'm an artist so personalizing equipment with pixelart would do me fine :D )
