IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL - bsod

I've had the laptop only a couple weeks now, and this is the first time I've encountered a bsod. Happend randomly out of no where.

2007-64U

OEM 1gb stick
Corsair 2gb stick
Both the same speed and specs.
320gb WD Scropio Black- I am having problems with this drive. Getting swapped out tomorrow.
Drivers/BIOS are all the latest from Lenovo.
Chipset drivers latest from Intel.

One thing that's been really unusual since the beginning has been the unusually low temps in tpfancontrol. Idle is 46/48 CPU/GPU at room temp. Doesn't get much higher than 70-71 max. Maybe something is wrong with the sensor?

Thoughts?

This is usually caused by a bad driver. I had this problem once from the Nero INCD packet writer driver on a desktop PC. Unistalling Nero INCD solved the problem. Another user on this forum reported Alcohol 120% was causing this problem for him. A different user thought that Access Connections and his bluetooth driver were the culprit. If you have installed any drivers, you might try uninstalling them one at a time.

Sometimes bad memory can apparently cause this problem. You might try running Memtest86+ for awhile and see what it reports.
