Rescue and Recovery

On my T60p, I am still using Rescue and Recovery 4.0. I know the latest version of Rescue and Recovery is 4.21. How do I install the new version? Do I need to uninstall version 4.0 first? Or can I just run the installer for version 4.21, and the installer will uninstall the old version?

Also, which Thinkvantage software should I install so Thinkvantage will automatically update all the softwares/BIOS on its own? I sort of uninstalled a whole bunch of Thinkvantage softwares, so right now I don't know which one to use for updates. Is it the "system update" software?

Yup it's the System Update software.

As for updating Rescue and Recovery, it would be best to trust System Update. I just manually update my Thinkvantage software when System Update's not working, but most of the time the latter works quite well.
