I just noticed the fan on my T60 hybrid with Win 7 on SSD keeps spinning, despite I am basically not doing anything for several minutes or surfing only (no downoading-saving) ?
(It is especially strange as the air blown out of laptop is not warm at all).

Try googling and downloading TPFanControl. I think that's the only way you can stop the span from spinning uncontrollably.
