2GB PC3-8500 1066Mhz DDR3 SODIMM Memory

Hey guys i have a t60 n i understand it can only hold 3 gb of ram and i just wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions as to which way to go on upgrading my ram. The lenovo site gives great reviews for the 2GB PC3-8500 1066Mhz DDR3 SODIMM Memory stick does anyone have personal experience w it or any other suggestions.... thanks in advance!!!

DDR3 won't work. You need DDR2, 200-pin, PC5300 or faster.

I buy the cheapest I can find on eBay. My experience is that there isn't much difference.
