Problem with "on resume, password protect".

#1 Post by royco32 » Thu Nov 12, 2009 1:14 am

I have a 4 year old T-60 with XP. I'v ebeen using this feature ever since and only recently it has not been working. With the "on resume, password protect" enabled, Password manager asks me to enter my password (fingerprint reader) whenever I resume. I use resume a lot as it takes too long to boot up. Anyway, it doesn't work now. When I resume, it goes straight to my desktop screen. I've tried enabling/disabling the "on resume" and playing around with the password manager but no luck. When I boot up though, password manager works. Any ideas on how to fix this? Anyone else with the same problem? Thanks.
