I have had my T60 for a couple of years now and find myself toying with the idea of loading Windows 7 on it.
If I do this what happens to all the laptop specific functions? ie Brightness adjust, ThinkLight, Lock, Hibernate button etc?
Also what happens with the Lenovo updates, Can it be loaded after the install?
I am very pleased that Lenovo still support and update the T60 and I would not like to lose that feature, BIOS updated, Drive protection updates etc.
Many thanks
Tim
When loading a new OS will I lose some basic features?
